The experience is built around meaning and timing, helping users understand when and why shifts happen across their personal patterns.
Core experience
Your home base in Kairos. See your current desire level, recent check-ins, and activity at a glance. The sparkline shows your 7-day desire trend, and one-tap logging gets you in and out in seconds.
Every entry starts with a context — solo or partnered — and adapts from there. Two logging modes let you control depth: Personal mode captures the essentials, while All mode opens every field from mood and energy to protection, location, and clinical notes.
Solo and partnered entries each get their own lane in a single chronological timeline. Whether you only log solo activity or track both sides, the separation keeps patterns readable and honest. Filter, scroll by month, and tap any entry for full detail.
Intelligence layer
Kairos turns raw entries into narrative summaries, frequency charts, desire curves, and mood correlations. Everything computed on-device.
A natural-language summary of your recent activity. Kairos distills weeks of data into clear sentences: how often, what type, your average desire, and how your mood shifted after entries. No dashboards to decode.
Entry frequency over time, broken down by solo and partnered activity. See which days and weeks you're most active.
Averaged desire readings plotted over time, with peak and daily pattern curves.
Which days and times your desire peaks. Discover rhythms you didn't know you had.
Mood before vs. after, energy levels, and emotional trends correlated with desire.
Optional partner sharing
Kairos works as a complete solo tracker on its own. If you're in a relationship, you can optionally connect with a partner to share desire levels, mutual entries, and connection context — without exposing your solo entries or private data.
Send a magic link to your partner. Once accepted, shared data flows automatically through encrypted iCloud — your solo entries stay completely private.
See your partner's desire level, shared activity history, and connection status at a glance. Each person controls exactly what's visible.
If you disconnect, you choose what happens to shared data. You can remove your entries from your partner's device entirely, or let them keep a copy. Either way, the connection ends cleanly — no residual access, no lingering sync.
Privacy is product
Kairos syncs automatically to your private CloudKit database — encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in a container only your devices can read. Not even Apple can access it. No opt-in, no toggle. This is how it works by default, following Apple's best practices for sensitive health data.
